The Angry Mob is an Australasian, Order Guild, playing on the Warhammer Online server Darklands.

We're mostly older gamers who don't have a lot of time to be TEH HARDCOREZ. Some of us have been jaded by WoW end-game, or the meaningless WoW PVP Grind, and would rather not see the same burnout in WAR. We enjoy having a life outside of the games we play, and we play WAR to have fun - That fun most often includes beating PVE content and burning destruction heretics. Whilst we may not be server first anything - we certainly enjoy success. Being a little older, we've learned that success is always better shared with friends.

Whilst we're not a hardcore guild, we do enjoy being good at the games we play. The Angry Mob values players that want to contribute their time and skill to seeing the guild succeed, but who don't always need a guild-initiated activity to enjoy themselves in-game. We're not likely to do any roleplaying unless it involves giant sumo suits or skimpy french maid outfits.

Being an Australasian guild, most of us are generally online between 6pm and Midnight, with the majority of guild-initiated activity happening between these times.

We treat our members like adults, that know how to develop adult relationships and friendships. We would much rather have a vibrant guild community than a bunch of dedicated, skilled, pre-pubescent retards.

Our recruitment demands are pretty light. We prefer older to younger. We prefer regular to erratic. We prefer motivators to whiners. We prefer givers to takers. We also accept that some people just may not fit with us in the guild. If that's the case we'll part ways, hopefully without too much animosity, and see you in a PQ some time.
